This policy explains how the Android game Orbital, published by GustavoRMachado, handles information. In short: your gameplay data stays on your device.

Orbital does not require an account and does not directly collect or transmit personal information. The current version contains no ads, in-app purchases, analytics, or tracking technologies.
Local game data
Your score, high score, best round, and game preferences are stored locally on your device. This information is not sent to the developer or shared with third parties. Clearing the app data or uninstalling the app removes this local information.
Sharing and sale of data
We do not sell, rent, or share personal data. Google Play may process information independently when you download or use the app, according to the Google Privacy Policy.
Data security and retention
Because gameplay data remains on your device, its protection also depends on your device security. Local game data remains there until you clear the app data or uninstall Orbital.
Children's privacy
Orbital does not knowingly collect personal information from children or any other users.
Future services and policy changes
If online services or other features that process data are introduced, this policy and the app's Google Play Data safety information will be updated before those features are released. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date.
